So, my dear female friends, what’s your type? A big, muscular, athletic guy with six-packs and biceps, am I right? But have you ever asked yourself why? We often feel drawn to certain people without questioning the reason behind that attraction. Vedanta philosophy encourages us to question every aspect of our lives. Ask yourself the most basic questions: Why am I reading this blog? What will I gain? Why am I watching this? Why am I studying? By exploring these fundamental questions, you start to understand the workings of the mind.It may seem like this self-questioning is obvious, but in reality, most people don’t practice it. A person wakes up, brushes their teeth, freshens up, heads to work, and repeats this cycle daily without questioning. But remember—you are not a computer program! You are a rational being, capable of questioning the fundamentals of your life.

Some might say, “Oh no, I’m attracted to her knowledge and intellect.” To those who say this, I would ask you to dig deep—do you genuinely prioritize intellect over physical attraction, or is it just something we like to think? So women like males with body etc because in order to build muscles you must have high levels of testosterone, male hormone and that is reason you cant build muscles after 50 as testosterone level starts dropping.
